**BREEAM Assessor Nottingham**

A privately-owned, building services consultancy who are passionate about securing the safety of our planet are looking for a BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Nottingham.

**The Company**

The successful BREEAM assessor will join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that offers a variety of services, including Building physics, BREEAM/ WELL, Passive Haus Design, Mechanical and electrical design and more. The successful BREEAM assessorwill join a well established team of assessors

**The BREEAM Assessor**
- Registered BREEAM Assessor.
- BREEAM AP preferred
- WELL, LEED and DREAM experience ideal
- IT competent
- Strong communicative skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized

**Duties will include**:

- Managing and delivering your own projects.
- Assisting colleagues with their BREEAM projects
- Advising design engineers on BREEAM requirements.
- Assisting to secure new projects and opportunities.
- Projects are mainly industrial, including some healthcare and education

**Return**
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- 25 days holiday
- Pension
- Healthcare scheme
