Breeam Assessor

Our client is one of the largest privately owned building services consultants in the UK who are looking to add a BREEAM Assessor to their team based in Nottingham.

**Within this role you will be expected to**:

- Manage and deliver your own projects.
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Assis colleagues with their BREEAM projects
- Advise design engineers on BREEAM requirements.
- Liaise with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff.
- Registered BREEAM Assessor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in supporting and assiting others
- Work well within a team
- Ideally experienced in BREEAM AP
- WELL, LEED, DREAM experience is an advantage

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
