Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in food and beverage offerings. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in food preparation and production, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure efficient and professional service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, production, and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
