Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust is currently looking for a Advanced System Administrator to join our busy Digital Health Team within the Informatics Department.

This role will give you the chance to be part of the team who, look after, develop and maintain the trusts’ business critical clinical systems. Your role will include being responsible for system audits, reporting on discrepancies identified, troubleshoot and investigate issues, escalate where appropriate and promote best practice of using our systems.

This is a varied role, with ever changing priorities therefore, you will need to be able to work under pressure at times, have strong communication skills and be a team player.
- Skilled in the use of various advanced information technology systems.
- High level of skills in prioritising and time management
- Ability to compare a range of technical options analyse their implications, compare and advise on a suitable direction

Responsible for System Audits - Weekly audits for Rio, Iaptus, Care Portal, SystmOne, Datix and any further identified systems.

Responsible for audits as requested by Senior Management Team, Information Governance and the wider Trust

Responsible for reporting on any discrepancies identified within the audits undertaken and escalating where appropriate

Promote and raise awareness around the Whistleblowing Policy and the auditing process.

Responsible for accurately recording in the audit logs and ensuring these are maintained and updated in a timely manner

Process System Access Forms efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the workflow is updated in a timely manner.

Process Starters and Leavers for the Trust in a timely manner.

Provides first line support for users, resolving and logging queries to System Supplier and LPFT internal helpdesk as appropriate.

Provide advice and support to users via face to face or site visits on occasions

Highlighting re-occurring and new issues for inclusion

Maintaining high knowledge of administrative procedures and develop a specialist knowledge of Organisations Information Systems and feeding into updates of manuals and quick guides.

To attend and contribute to the Local and National User Groups of the information

To have responsibility for performing audits on Rio, Iaptus, Care Portal, SystmOne, Datix and other Digital Systems as requested, and to perform ad-hoc staff / patient audits to support operational and corporate teams in the investigation of data breaches and other investigations.

Assist the Digital Systems team in the efficient management and operation of Rio Clinical System, CareXML (Stalis), e-Referrals system, BigHand, WebV system, iaptus system, the Incident and Risk system Datix, Supervision App, Virtual Visits, MS Teams, and some elements of SystmOne in addition to any other critical Information System implemented by the Trust.

To process System Access Forms efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the workflow is updated in a timely manner.

Process Starters and Leavers for the Trust in a timely manner

Assist with training users with the use of the systems when support is requested through the Internal Systems Helpdesk.

Have responsibility for supporting frontline services in their utilisation of electronic information systems across LPFT including any future electronic critical systems and to provide practica
