**JOB DESCRIPTION POST OF : HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT**

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide all-round HR generalist administrative support, including recruitment, onboarding, staff movement, training coordination etc.
- According to OFSTED standards and legislation by ensuring all the pre-employment checks are completed, including right to work, DBS, work reference checks etc.
- Manage the update of staff information on HR system.
- Assist in managing HR documentation including auditing of staff files.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding HR matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A can do and self-motivated attitude, you must be able to use your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written English.
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous education or compliance experience would be a bonus, however not essential.

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager

**Disclosure Level Check: Enhanced**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
