We have a fantastic new opportunity for you to join our team as a **Senior Commercial Business Partner** - Non Household Revenue at our head office in Coventry City Centre. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Finance (Operations). This role is the financial and operational leader for Severn Trent Water’s (STW) NHH revenue, providing commercial, operational and financial performance insight to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Customer Solutions Director, Wholesale Market Unit (WMU) and wider Executive Committee.

This is a critical role within the Finance Leadership team and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders. This opportunity comes at a critical time with the financial, settlement and customer processes requiring significant transformation over the next 12 months.

**Some of your other key accountabilities will include**:

- Responsible for driving the financial, operational and regulatory change agenda for NHH revenue, maximising value for the organisation.
- Work with Strategy & Regulation team to provide accurate long-term consumption and property forecasting which delivers our annual customer tariffs.
- Work with the Wholesale Market Unit (WMU) to ensure we operate in a commercially astute way with Retailers while delivering excellent customer service.
- Drive and lead the development and delivery of improved financial governance and process efficiency for revenue financial accounting and reporting.
- Develop a clear, transparent and robust relationship with Water Retailers to ensure clarity of forecasts and expectations to ensure we can identify potential issues before they arise.
- Develop a finance team who have the skills, experience and drive to support their operating customers to enable value-based decision making, produce high quality insight and robust financial planning.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate a track record of taking the lead in developing and delivering world class financial and performance business partnering, insights and/or reporting in a large organisation. Having exposure to senior stakeholder management & influencing capabilities at all levels of a business would be required. Experience of regulated revenue issues and management, and a retailer market would be of benefit.
