Established since 1995, Evotix are a global SaaS (software as a service) company with operations in the US, UK and Australia and are looking to grow their team further with the help of 4 new graduates who are eager and hungry to kick start their sales career.Currently trusted by over 850 customers with 500,000 users worldwide it's an exciting time to join this fast growing sales team in a company planning for continual growth over the next few years.

**And what will you be doing?**

Evotix have 4 roles up for grabs, these are a mixture of SDR (Sales Development Representative) and BDR (Business Development Representative) positions. What is the difference? As an SDR your focus is mainly on managing inbound leads, you will speak to avariety of different inbound enquiries to identify new business opportunities without your typical 'cold calling'. The BDR role is focused more on the cold outreach, and the nature of this role dealing with new 'cold' leads will result in a significantly higherearning potential of at least £20k+ on top of your base salary.

Whether you secure a role as and SDR or a BDR, you will aid in offering business critical software to a variety of different organisations across the globe, helping them to ensure compliance is met within the workplace, often dealing with contracts thatcan exceed £150k Evotix are advocates of promoting from within and have a fantastic track record of developing and progressing graduates, with a variety of different progression routes available within the company. All you have to do is work hard (playhard) and show them how much you want a long lasting and lucrative career

**The packages available are**:

- £24,000 Base salary
- £12,000- £20,000 uncapped bonus
- Regular Incentives
- UNLIMITED ANNUAL LEAVE
- Laptop

**What you will do: First 6 months**
- Learn a lot
- Develop the imperative skills to further your career in sales
- Develop relationships with health and safety professionals
- Help more senior sales colleagues and learn as you watch

**Next 6-12 months**
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
- Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership - you'll be the one speaking with our future customers all day
- Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
- Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
