We are a small family run Clinic located within the centre of Chepstow requiring the skills of a vibrant, friendly and caring Receptionist.

Great communication skills, along with patience and an understanding nature are essential for this role, as is the delivery of impeccable customer service and proficient IT skills.

You will be responsible for the daily ‘meet and greet’ of our wonderful patients, appointment making both face to face and over the telephone, and organising the busy diaries of our team of Audiologists.

In return, we offer you a four day working week, a ‘happy’ working environment and a competitive salary. The hours of work are Mon - Thurs from 9am - 5pm, 20 days holiday plus standard Bank Holidays plus a generous Xmas bonus.
