NeuPave Landscaping Services is a premier landscaping business located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a Lead Landscaper with at least 5 years of experience in garden design, paving, fencing and decking, patio and pathway construction, and driveway and artificial lawn installation.

As a Lead Landscaper, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various landscaping projects from start to finish. You will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop custom solutions that meet their specific requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute landscaping projects, including garden design, fencing and decking, patio and pathway construction, driveway and artificial lawn installation, and paving.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Develop custom solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Manage and supervise landscaping crews to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Oversee equipment and tool maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in garden design, paving, fencing and decking, patio and pathway construction, driveway and artificial lawn installation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
