**Sales Office Coordinator, South Woodford**

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Coordinator.

**The Role**:

- Day to day management of our internal sales team
- Ensuring all live customer price agreements are managed and maintained
- Manage and oversee all activities of the sales office ensuring first-class customer service at all times.
- Oversee the processing of all customer enquiries.
- Ensure KPI deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Daily Headlines data reported to the Commercial Manager, Weekly and Monthly sales reports focusing on KPIs, results, expectations, market trends, and feedback
- Supporting the customer service department to find satisfactory resolutions

**The Person**:

- Strong team management skills with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire the team
- Previous experience working for an engineering business is preferable, but not essential
- Ability to build and develop excellent customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills enabling accurate reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Proficient with IT systems, Office, Excel, outlook, PowerBI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
