Billings Officer

A global client of mine are seeking an immediately available Billings Coordinator to join their well-established team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is based in the Uxbridge area. Hybrid working is available.
**Summary**
Reporting into the Team Leader you will join a medium sized team of Billing Professionals. The team are responsible for the sales invoicing and reconciliation of some of their biggest MSP and RPO clients and you will get exposure to a complex business withan increasing client base, so you’ll need to be able to adapt quickly and be comfortable with a fast paced, changing environment.
**What will you be doing?**
Key responsibilities:
- Raise and submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner as per agreed billing timetables
- Reconcile customer payments in order to allow payments to suppliers
- Handle internal/external queries (Client & Suppliers) and attend customer facing meetings
- Work with the finance team to ensure financial figures are prepared for month end
- Work with the finance team to ensure correct margins are being reported as per contract
- Correctly produce and submit customer statements in a timely manner
