We are currently recruiting for a **Project Manager** for a well-established, forward-thinking client in the **Swindon** area.This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to work for a large, international organisation that values change, innovation and sustainability.

**Main Duties**:
- Lead and implement projects to realise the company's local benefits goals.
- A driven and enthusiastic individual needed to drive results across the global organization.
- Play a key role in board-level investment decisions to ensure stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage the entire pipeline of current and future projects, including regular reporting on budget, schedule, progress, results, and impact.
- Establish a framework for managing local benefit practices and establish monitoring methods for local benefits activities.
- Facilitate cooperation, growth, and sharing of best practices and projects across various business units, including origination, development, construction, and operations.
- Provide guidance and professional advice on sustainability, specifically local benefits.
- Contribute to and support sustainability strategy reviews, including interactions with senior leaders and preparation of board materials.
- Steer external partners and consultants as needed.
**Required Skills**:
- University degree in business administration, project management, environmental science, or similar field.
- A driven and enthusiastic individual needed to drive results across the global organisation.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in sustainability consulting and/or program management with a focus on sustainability, local benefits, community engagement.
- Skilled in stakeholder management; experience in obtaining approvals, local engagement, or community benefits is an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
- Aware of global sustainability trends, frameworks, and tools relevant to the role.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and confident demeanour in an international setting.
- Willing to travel, including international trips.
