**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Financial Crime Support member, you will be instrumental in the prevention and detection of financial crime. Your dedication to maintaining vigilance and your attention to detail will be essential as you:

- Support the financial crime prevention efforts by closely monitoring and analysing transactions and activities
- Identify and investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities, taking appropriate action
- Work collaboratively with the team to share insights and contribute to the improvement of processes
- Assist in the development and enhancement of strategies to combat financial crime effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to suspicious activities and investigations

**Essential Qualities**:

- Background in customer services or similar fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to spot anomalies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Prior experience in financial crime prevention or related roles
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- An understanding of fraud detection tools and techniques
