We are seeking a experienced passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistants Looking for a role in the Mepal area.

Are you enthusiastic about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds? Join our dynamic team as a HLTA and embark on a rewarding journey of inspiration and growth

Role Overview:
Your role will be to lead a small reception class (around 13 pupils) and collaborate closely with the pre-school and teachers to support the development of students. Your role will be to provide, and facilitate group activities, and foster a nurturing EYFS learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in pre-planned engaging lessons.
- Provide support to students.
- Supervise students in various settings, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Help maintain classroom materials and equipment, promoting organisation and efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience working at a HLTA level in a Primary school setting
- Experience with PPA cover
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards student development.

**Salary**: £95.00-£110.00 per day
