Customer Support Assistant

Welcome to Taylor Whitmore,
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Assistant to join our prestigious client based in Stowmarket. Our client is the leading manufacturer of Healthcare furniture, and this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the inbox efficiently, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide assistance with sales order processing as needed.
- Update bespoke Google Sheets to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Liaise with the Service Team to schedule jobs and process job sheets.
- Assist customers with after-sales support and provide order progress updates.
- Create and send quotations for after-sales services.
- Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create and update cases on Sicon CRM within Sage 200.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong administrative, IT, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging situations.
- Experience with Sage 200 and Google Sheets is desirable.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
