At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and this role is key in making this happen. As a Planning Assistant you will support the planning team in the delivery of a high-quality day to day repairs service. You will liaise directly with customers, field operatives, contractors and suppliers, you will support colleagues with administrative duties, support material ordering and support operative diary management to ensure we deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a busy and demanding role you will need to be highly organised and have a can do attitude and approach, taking ownership of problems and challenges to achieve a positive outcome for our customers.
