Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IRB Modeller to join our team. As an IRB Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing models to assess the credit risk of various portfolios. Your expertise in modeling techniques and risk assessment will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement credit risk models using advanced statistical techniques
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure model accuracy
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate portfolio performance under different economic conditions
- Monitor model performance and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk modeling

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical and statistical skills, with proficiency in quantitative analysis
- Proficient in programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques, such as logistic regression or decision trees
- Knowledge of credit risk modeling methodologies, including IRB (Internal Ratings-Based) approach
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as Basel III or IFRS 9
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £60,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
