Administrative & HR Assistant (English & Mandarin

We are a fast-growing cafe company based in multi locations in Central London.
We are looking for a responsible **English and Mandarin Chinese speaking Admin & HR Assistant** to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to across different apartments.
**Responsibilities**:
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Managing databases and filing system, and processing expenses Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with colleagues, contractors, suppliers
Collating and filing data
Miscellaneous tasks to support managers
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management HR, and recruitment duties, including on-boarding new staff members and training new employees where necessary
Work in the shops when required, provide excellent customer service
**Requirements**:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office
English proficiency, Chinese language skills are required
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
University Degree
