We are looking for positive, energetic people passionate about making a positive impact on others through their work. We support individuals who have suffered life changing injuries to regain their skills, confidence and independence to maximise their quality of life and independence. The Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers, work alongside an individual's neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience, as we provide full training. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in our own homes, community and workplaces it it essential to be a driver and care owner. The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. (There is the opportunity to do some work in our residential rehab service alongside the role where people enjoy variety or breadth in experience)

Full training is given for this role, and we have excellent career development programmes and opportunities.

The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
