**Sales Manager (Premium Brand)**
**£50,000 - £60,000**
The Talent Crowd are excited to be partnering up with a heritage brand which produces some of the finest têxtiles in the world in their bid to find a Sales Manage on a permanent basis. Working as a key part of the sales team, reporting directly to their ManagingDirector, ideal for a seasoned sales / brand development manager who wants to take full ownership, drive sales and branded presence in this luxury market.
The company is fast growing, which is why they’re looking for someone who’s passionate and loves the buzz of sales - with experience in the premium/ luxury market - to take the lead when it comes to proactive selling, agency management and building on theircurrent strategy.
The role offers full flexibility, international and domestic travel to key markets including London, Paris and New York, freedom, and autonomy to manage workload as well as suggesting new and improved ways of working, to maximise sales opportunities for theseluxury brands.
**What can I expect from my new role?**
**Proactive Sales**:Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships to grow both luxury brands.
**Client Relationship Manager**:Meet with potential new clients and maintaining existing relationships through domestic and internationally visits.
**Agency Management**:Daily management of marketing agencies and design teams to develop new collections.
**Monitoring Sales Process**:Ensuring sales and profitability targets are met by holding regular reviews with team and wider organisation.
**What are we looking for you to bring?**
Strong understanding of the **global fashion market**with **experience in selling premium/ luxury products**into major department stores, multi-brand shops and online retails, in the **UK and overseas.**
Well presented, incredibly organised and confident **managing and driving sales and branded presence.**
Second language (**French or Italian**) desirable.
**What will I receive in return?**
Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience

Flexible working (full time 40-hours per week)
