Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner position:

- Full ownership of the FP&A function, inputting processes to streamline performance
- Developing Financial Planning models from scratch, both short term and long term
- Supporting and adding value to the CFO in corporate finance and M&A activity - including future exit support, acquisitions and other corporate activities from time to time
- Business partnering cross function with sales/ops/marketing including profit analysis, commercial negotiations, budgeting and forecasting
- Full accountability and delivery of the annual: 3-5-year plan; operating budget; and year-end forecast, demonstrating a hands-on approach
- Identify opportunities for automation of financial and performance reporting and support the team to build their skills and drive constantly improving standards
- Build out improved board packs and KPIs and build a robust foundation for growth
- Lead the on-going outlook process ensuring latest business developments are being captured and their impacts across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Coordinate with the wider finance, investor relations and business teams on the outlook and budget process ensuring all assumptions are robustly challenged
- Performing ad-hoc scenario modelling on transactions, financing and mergers/acquisitions as required

The following experience is required for this Finance Business Partner position:

- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Proven experience of building models from scratch
- Proven experience within FP&A and Business Partnering Function
- Prepared to be hands on and proactive in driving the business forward
- Proven line management experience is essential
