Logistics Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Planner to join our team. The Logistics Planner will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule shipments of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to minimize expenses
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders on delivery status
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics planning or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
