**Title: Logistics Planner / Customer Service**

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dudley.

We are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Planner. The role would include....
- Scheduling deliveries to customers properties.
- Arranging engineer visits to customer properties.
- Speaking to customers to confirm delivery slots.
- Liaising with teams to handle customer complaints.

- Rotating shift basis of...
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 09:00 - 17:00
- 10:00 - 18:00
- You are also required to work 1 Saturday in every month.

**Rate of pay**
- £11.50 Per Hour
