The successful applicant will be an integral part of our small family business, providing a professional service to our extensive world-wide client base and managing a small team.
- Ensure the very highest level of communications with the company’s clients
- Able to process orders ensuring turnaround within company targets
- Maintain WordPress Website (Administrator)
- Provide leadership to our small team of employees
- Be able to either develop our website or manage external contractors
- Understand and use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Maintain our on-line accounting software and communicate with the company’s representatives (some knowledge of accounts is useful)
- Event management including PR and planning projects (involves going to events to research or show)
- Product analysis including packaging and potential markets
- Helping our team to meet our sales targets
- Dealing with sub-contractors setting and maintain budgets
- Assist with a high profile on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube)
- Assist with production and product planning
- Deal with suppliers - purchase orders
- Maintain Health & Safety Standards

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple requests.
- Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to use own initiative and take a proactive approach.
- Willing to take an active role in one’s own development.
- Ability to work well within a team and provide leadership.

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience of working within an office administration environment.
- Experience of working in a team with leadership skills.
- Has Full Driving Licence and use of own car.
