Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Please note that this role will be based at our Head Office in
**Chelmsford, Essex,** and will be based specifically within the PR Department.

**Duties include**:
PR & Influencer:

- Support the PR team on influencer-facing events and outreach. Offering creative input and integral logístical support in all activations and immersive brand experiences to build brand desirability and drive social noise amongst our creator community.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of the Influencer database ensuring all details are always correct and up to date.
- Keep a pulse on social trends for Benefit to partake in as well as an eye on new influencer talent to onboard.
- Be a key support to PR Coordinator in planning and implementing micro-influencer and affiliate strategy to increase creator-driven revenue. Building relationships with key micro/nano talent to accelerate this further.
- Be a key driver of instore/regional influencer events and masterclasses working closely with National Brow Artist & Pore Authority to drive always on Pore & Brow Share of Voice.
- Lead the always-on Influencer gifting program to show love at key influencer life moments e.g. birthdays, engagements, new baby etc.
- Support all DE&I initiatives and CSR programs including our Bold is Beautiful program to give back and ensure we’re building an inclusive community for all.

Media Monitoring & Reporting:

- Be responsible for creating all Tribe campaigns to track all Influencer coverage for both new launches and core, cascading key information at internal team meetings.
- Provide support on media monitoring, working with Coordinator to complete quarterly coverage reports.
- Take ownership of competitor events report, keeping monthly report up to date and identifying opportunities for Benefit.

Press Office:

- Fulfilling all Influencer sample requests, from agents and talent, including coverage tracking and all necessary follow-up.
- Maintain an accurate sample allocation system and ensure optimum stock levels at all times to ensure good supply for requests.
- Management of all key office functions including postage, couriers, sample coordination, and product forecasting where required.

Qualifications:

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths, English & ICT, A*-C grade / grade 4 or above

**Please note that our Apprenticeships will operate on the National Apprenticeship Wage of £5.28 per hour on a 18-month contract.
