Call Handler

This is a fixed term contract position with flexible working hours between 8am to 6pm. SSCL are also able to offer amazing opportunities to progress within our growing organisation. Full training will be provided.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work closely alongside Team Leaders to keep average handling times low and show you are putting the customer first in every interaction.
- Work collectively as a team to work all customer-facing areas to keep within agreed service-level agreements
