**Helpdesk Administrator**

**Location: Livingston, EH54 8AF**

**Hours of work: 37.5**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will arrange access for PPM visits, liaising with engineers and supervisors to ensure visits are carried out as scheduled, ensuring both ISS and the client are compliant.

Additionally, you will chase updates and ensure all tasks are completed in line with contract SLAs. Your role will also involve raising POs and assisting with ad hoc reports and requests as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day to day operation of client CAFM system
- Day to day liaison and updates with key customer
- Day to day liaison and updates with management team
- Day to day liaison and organisational assistance to the engineering team
- Ensuring that SLA and KPI’s are met through effective management of the CAFM system
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships
- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
- Achieve results within quality and time restraints

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
- Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent
- Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level
