We are now pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist within our Ringwood Practice. Dental Group has established Practices in Ringwood and Bournemouth. We strive for excellence in everything we do especially when offering cutting edge Dentistry and Client Care to patients throughout Hampshire & Dorset.

This is a full time position.

**You are**:

- Known to be top class at what you do
- Technically proficient with good IT skills
- Passionate about Client Care and especially understanding and supportive of patients
- Committed to expanding your skills and developing yourself
- A calm, organised professional with good customer service skills
- Flexible in attitude and working hours

**Requirements**:

- Good administration knowledge and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Adaptable and enthusiastic demeanour
- Experienced in reports, audits and banking procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to use own initiative and problem solve
