**About Us**:
Alanaka (of London) was established in 1985. Its founder Mr Abdul Kader Haffar, first started working with fabrics back in the late 1960s, he took on the trade that was started by his father back in the early 1900 in Damascus.

Our London business started in a single unite in Goldhawk Rd, and then expanded to take in the adjacent unit to double in size. We have further expanded to take in a further unit, bigger in overall size than the first 2 combined (hamdellah).

This website concentrates on the part of our sales that deal with our Voile production marketed at our loyal Sudanese and Somali customers. Our success is due to costumers trust in our production of exclusive fabric and designs.

**Sales Associate** - The Role & Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our fashion retail shop located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, London.
- Greet and assist customers with their needs, providing a personalized shopping experience
- Stay knowledgeable about our product lines and current fashion trends to offer style advice and recommendations
- Manage transactions at the cash register and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the shop floor is appealing and tidy
- Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a professional and positive attitude

**Sales Associate** - You:

- Fluent in Arabic, as most important customers speak Arabic
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. Longer hours in the summer high season

**Sales Associate** - Benefits:
