**Role**: Stock controller

**Reports to**: Logistics Manager

**Education**: High School Education

**Experience**: Previous warehouse and ERP experience desirable

**Location**: Between Chesham and Loudwater - Must hold a Driving licence

**Job Purpose & Objectives**:
Fulfilling international and domestic orders. Ensuring temperature sensitive products are accurately picked and packed to FIFO and batch number specifications. Receiving goods in and maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse in accordance to our SOP’s.

**Job Responsibilities and Major Tasks**:

- Picking and Packing:_ Accurately pick items stated on picking list, paying attention to batch and expiry dates. Inform line manager if there are any short dated items or quantity discrepancies. Pack in accordance with SOP’s ensuring all products are packed and marked according to their temperature requirements.
- Logistics:_ Generate delivery notes; invoices; proforma invoices and

AWB’s. Book courier collections and assist in loading the daily collections. Track and chase shipments as required.
- Goods In:_ Receive inspect and put away incoming goods, in accordance with SOP’s. Ensure quality control and quarantine procedures are adhered to inline with our QMS. Maintain accurate stock locations on our ERP system.

Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse including general housekeeping. Adhere to our health and safety policy. Safely and

appropriately use warehouse equipment to complete tasks where needed. Keep walkways and fire escapes clear of obstructions at all times. Participate in weekly and annual Cycle counts. Driving between different sites to move stock as required.

Stock Takes: Take responsibility for monthly/quarterly stock takes.

Calling stock lists off from Netsuite (Company Stock management software) and managing the whole process from start to finish; including reporting variances to the accountant before completing adjustment entries once authorised.
- **Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience working in a highly regulated GMP environment desirable
- Experience with ERP Software desirable
- Pallet truck and manual handling experience
- Previous experience of stock control within warehouse environment would be preferable o

**Skills and Behaviours**:

- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change (continuous improvement mindset)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Well organised with a high attention to detail.
- Work methodically and accurately
- UK Driving Licence is essential
- Thoroughness/Attention to Detail
- Customer understanding
- Experience of report writing would be desirable

**AusDiagnostics Values**:
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
