**Despatch Supervisor - Solar Installations**
**Area - Chesham - Circa £26 to 30K Basic**
To support the growth of the company we are looking for a Despatch Coordinator who has the experience of working in a busy logistics department, has a back ground of working with small teams of drivers / installers and some knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse management.
**The Role**
- Organise the installation teams in preparation for daily work schedule.
- Coordinate the loading of goods and materials onto vehicles in line with customer project jobs sheets for daily installations.
- Organise and compile all required components and materials for each scheduled installation.
- Order all required components and materials for customer installations and raise necessary purchase orders.
- Manage warehouse stock control and monitor all goods in and out of depot during the day.
- Manage the day to day running of the warehouse and liaise with customer service and operations to prepare for weekly installations.
**The Person**
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment
- Process driven with good attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of stock control and goods in systems
- A good positive attitude
- Self-starter
- Strong communicating skills
Previous experience of warehouse logistics in a busy despatch department will be an big advantage. The role offers a basic salary, overtime, and ongoing personal development and training.
