**Hours**:8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

**Pay**:£28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience

CIPD Level 3

Our well-established têxtile company based in Wakefield are looking for a HR & Training officer to join their exciting and fast growing team.

**The job role duties include**:

- Managing the recruitment process for the company.
- Create and implement Retention & engagement plans for employees.
- Review and monitor absences of employees.
- Induct and train all new employees.
- Ensure implementation of company polices.

**The suitable HR & Training Officer MUST**:

- Have 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
- Have significant experience with recruitment.
- Have a relevant CIPD qualification.
- Be flexible.
- Be IT Literate.
