Marine Operations Administrator

OBM have an excellent opportunity for a Marine Operations Administrator working on a permanent basis for our leading energy, oil and gas client.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Update employee database with information regarding holiday and sickness absences.
- Collate timesheets and produce summary for processing by payroll.
- Maintain employee training records and training and competence matrix, arranging refresher appointments for all operational staff as required.
- Place orders for operational consumables, PPE etc, raising associated purchase/sales order documents through computerised system.
- Ensure all HSSEQ documentation (including Accident Incident Reports, Service Improvement Documents and Live Safe Interventions) is fully completed and logged.
- Produce reports, ensuring the information meets Company and client expectations.
- Develop/maintain quality work aids and contribute towards department processes/procedures.
- Assist HSSEQ Advisor when required, and attend meetings to record and transcribe minutes.
- Maintain operations notice boards, removing obsolete information and updating as required. Minimum

Minimum Qualifications
- Education to National 5 level or equivalent

Desirable Qualifications
- SVQ Level 3 Business Administration
- Understanding of HSSEQ legislation
