These roles are part of a small team delivering accommodation and support to local individuals. Support will be delivered in a person-centred way, aiming to understand the strengths of individuals.

Residents will be supported to get the most from their accommodation placement while also planning for their future and more independent living.

These roles may require working flexible hours in accordance with the rota, as set out by the line manager, and in line with the needs of the service users. You will have experience supporting vulnerable adults with varying needs. You'll also be committed to providing tailored individual support plans to help clients realise their full potential.

This role will involve lone working as well as working as part of a team. You will be required to assist clients to attend appointments within the community, encourage and oversee that the accommodation is kept clean & tidy, facilitate budgeting, oversee any housing benefit issues, universal credit sanctions and support clients to resolve, support cooking and life skill sessions and meet frequently with the caseload to provide support. An Enhanced Disclosure check is required for this role.
