Main Duties:

- Mortgage rate role offs / deal ends - contact clients in due course and book in for review
- Prepare cases for first appointment and chase supporting documents to support documents.
- Send clients daily birthday text messages
- Diary management & appointment bookings for Director
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Liaison between director and clients
- Writing correspondence when requested
- Manage projects
- General administration duties, post, scanning and data entry
- Inbound phone call management
- Completion cards / gifts
- Social media updates

- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to requests from the Director
- Experience working within an Administrative/Office role - preferably financial services but not essential.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel spreadsheets, PDF, Outlook
- Comfortable using IT
- Good written communication, capturing a clear logical summary of situations
- Effective time management including organisation of self and workload
- The ability to prioritise recognising importance and urgency
- Must have great attention to detail
- A flexible

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
