**The Role**:
As a Technical Consultant, you will understand and deliver the technologies that the business employs. You will have a forward-thinking mindset, staying curious about new technologies and seeking to understand customer viewpoints. Working closely with the Technical Architect team, you will define reference architectures for exciting new solutions that align with the customer's interests.

The Technical Consultant will have experience in consulting and delivering projects for a variety of customers, and you will possess expertise in Azure and preferably AWS. The role will involve leading discussions with enterprise customers, owning technical delivery, executing customer engagements, and implementing technologies to achieve customer objectives. Continuous technical development, contribution to team community, and moderate travel are expected.

**Requirements**:
The successful Technical Consultant will have expertise in the following areas:

- Designing and delivering infrastructure technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- In-depth knowledge of M365, including handling complex Exchange Online migrations and proficiency in related technologies such as Zero Trust Identity and Modern Desktop (Intune/Endpoint Manager, Hybrid Azure AD Join).
- Designing and implementing hardware solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking, and Firewalls (Dell, HPE, Cisco, Fortigate, WatchGuard).
- Strong understanding of migration complexities and prior involvement in enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with a variety of methodologies, best practices, and technologies.
- Proven consulting experience with a customer-focused approach and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in building, configuring, designing, and migrating services into Azure and AWS.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and successful management of multiple projects, including problem-solving and strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills, along with a high level of technical expertise and a genuine passion for technology.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consultancy role, with significant exposure to the technologies.
- Proficiency in delivering assessments for on-Prem to Cloud migrations, designing secure Landing Zones, and handling app modernisation.
- Up-to-date certifications in one or more relevant technologies.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
