**Main Purpose of Job**:
The main purpose of the role is to effectively assist and provide support to the advisors and support team in delivering an excellent and professional ongoing service to clients.

**Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Main point of contact for the phone and written communication
- Work closely with Financial Advisers and support their client activities
- Ensure that all client queries are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Act as first point of contact for clients for all admin-related queries, handling complaints and identifying solutions
- To provide high levels of support to Advisers and clients
- Carry out a wide range of detailed administrative tasks including post, Bereavement, withdrawals, client detail updates and general enquiries
- Assist with the smooth running of the day to day business
- Creating correspondence to clients and providers
- Processing withdrawals
- Ensure accurate valuation reports and review packs are prepared for adviser in a timely fashion
- Sending out Letters of Authority in order to obtain relevant information for clients pensions/investments to make a formal recommendation
- Liaising with external providers and analysing the information received

- Ability to work within agreed business processes

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Need to be organised and stick to the timescales of each individual process

**Qualifications & Technical Knowledge**
- Educational standard to a good level with GCSEs (including English, Math’s and Science) and A-Levels or equivalent
- This role profile sets out the scope and main duties of the post at the date on which it was drawn up. Such details may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the post or the level of responsibility entailed. Such variations are a common occurrence and cannot of themselves justify a reconsideration of the level or remuneration of the post. All employees of the Practice are expected to be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their role and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of their role and their level of responsibility._

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
