Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing PE-backed Professional Services business in Central London. This is a great opportunity to play a major part in a dynamic and evolving businesswith significant growth potential, gaining experience for a future Finance Director role.

With a supportive PE partner, the business is expanding across the UK and is seeking to rapidly grow through an ambitious buy and build strategy. Working in partnership with the CFO and senior leadership team, you will be crucial to the execution of thisstrategy, and will ensure the successful integration and consolidation of acquisitions and the ongoing systems and processes to support them. Acting as a role model, the finance function will be led to ensure all systems, processes, controls, and IT functionsadhere to the highest standards. These systems will be adapted and improved to accommodate fast growth and further expansion. You will take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting, where financial forecasts and analysis, including monthly P&L, balancesheets, and cash flow reports, successfully adhere to the highest standards for key stakeholders.

- A qualified accountant, preferably chartered (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience working as an FC, preferably for a PE-backed business
- A background in the professional services sectors
- Involvement with acquisitions and integrations and transformation/change programmes.
- Excel skills, with proficiency in planning and reporting systems such as Tableau or Power BI being beneficial
