Marks Sattin Executive Search has an opportunity with a PE Backed B2B Services business searching for a CFO to join their rapidly growing business based in London.

A hands-on role requiring a CFO with a solid understanding of utilisation rate in the business and project revenue recognition are important whilst facilitating significant advances in financial forecasting, case management decision support, and creating greater awareness of matter-level profitability.

As CFO, you will work closely with the executive team and Private Equity firm to oversee financial due diligence report preparation and ensure that the financial operations of the business are conducted in a highly effective and efficient manner. The PE investors are high-calibre and have solid strategic plans for the business.
- A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered
- Proven experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed business, ideally in the Professional Services/Consultancy and or related sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience of utilisation rate and project revenue recognition.
