We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Co-ordinator to join our busy marketing team.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work with the Marketing Team to implement the overall company's marketing strategy.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate the event organising process from concept to delivery for tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences and other events.
- Work with members of the Sales team attending customer meetings and assisting with marketing support and merchandising activity.
- Work with the press agency to grow brand coverage in the OEM and DIST markets.
- Generate ideas and produce creative briefs, and provide copy for all supporting literature.
- Work with the Product Management team and Marketing Managers to deliver launch packs and marketing collateral.
- Provide sales support with content and imagery for marketing materials.
- Support with content, ideas and campaigns for our Social Media channels.
- Aid the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers with internal branding, communications and staff engagement initiatives.
- Support in creating and managing marketing plans with the Marketing Managers for OEM and Distribution.
- Co-ordinate an annual calendar of activities throughout the year to ensure alignment of activity across the marketing team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in adapting to changing priorities, time management, and multi-tasking.
- Adaptable and able to work cross-functionally as part of the supporting team: Marketing,
- Product, Technical, Warehouse, Quality.
- Able to build relationships - at ease and adaptable with different personalities
- Team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - content writing and presentation skills.
- Must have marketing communications experience.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - both internal and external.
- Experience and understanding of social media platforms.
