An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Spalding NFU Mutual Agency / Office.

**About the role**:
As a Customer Service Adviser within our team you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, playing your part to ensure the office runs like clockwork and that our customers are always happy. You will deal with policy amendments, sales and claims for our customers. We are looking for an individual with a can-do proactive enthusiasm, excellent telephone manner, and someone who possess exceptional organisational & administration skills. Above all though, you will relish the challenge of being part of a truly client focused ambitious team. Previous experience in the insurance industry is not a requirement, although some experience in a customer service / or similar role (i.e. retail) would be beneficial given the nature of this vacancy

**About you**:
We are looking for an individual with a can-do proactive enthusiasm, excellent telephone manner, and someone who possess exceptional organisational & administration skills. Above all though, you will relish the challenge of being part of a truly client focused ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment. Previous experience in the insurance industry is not a requirement, although some experience in a customer service / or similar role (i.e. retail) would be beneficial given the nature of this vacancy
