A reputable law firm in Cheltenham is seeking a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their accomplished team.

**The Role**:
As the Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor, the role entails managing a diverse caseload, focusing on intricate disputes within trusts and probate matters. Responsibilities include
- Offering expert advice and representation in trust and probate conflicts as well as working with senior lawyers on larger more complex litigation.
- Collaborating closely with clients to tailor legal solutions to their unique needs.
- Drafting legal documents, conducting research, and preparing cases for court hearings.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client and peer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years PQE specializing in contentious trusts and probate.
- A comprehensive understanding of trust law, probate, and inheritance disputes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.
