- West Yorkshire Police is looking to recruit a First Aid (leading to Health, Safety & First Aid) Trainer to join the Learning and Organisational Department based at Carr Gate, Wakefield.
- The Benefits:
- Starting salary £30,783.00 rising to £33,915.00 (once you have obtained your NEBOSH certificate)

What you’ll need?- Level 3 Learning and Development Certificate
- First Aid trained and looking to obtain or already hold a NEBOSH Certificate
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work both independently and within a close team environment,
- Have the willingness to assist other Departments within the L&OD with their learning and development commitments when required.
- Must be prepared to work flexible hours, weekends and out of business hours as required to meet organisational

What you’ll do?- You will design, develop, and deliver health, safety and first aid learning and development interventions in accordance with Health & Safety and First Aid Legislation, HMIC guidelines and the Policing Plan.
- You may also be required to assist in other areas of training design and delivery within the Leadership and Professional Development department according to business needs.
