**Assistant Social Media & Marketing Executive**

We’re looking for an Assistant Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our fast growing cosmetics company. In this role, you will be assisting our Lead Social & Marketing Exec with the on-going strategy and implementation of the Digital Marketing efforts, particularly social media and influencer marketing. This is a part time role, with opportunity to be made into a full time role based at our HQ in Cwmbran, South Wales.

Cosmetics experience is not essential but would be advantageous.

Your core responsibilities will continue to grow as you familiarise yourself with the company, product range, the industry and competitors.

Some initial core responsibilities will include, but will not limited to:

- Assist lead social & marketing exec with content planning and creation.
- Support and present Tiktok Live videos
- Keep up to date with any social media messages and comments; replying in a professional manner with the brand tone of voice in mind.
- Organising models/creators for content filming.
- Keeping up to date with new trends on all platforms and liaising with lead social & marketing exec on adding these into content calendar.
- Monitor, report and analyse all data in relation to marketing and socials.
- Assist lead social and marketing exec in putting together monthly report for the CEO.
- Partake in regular meeting to communicate weekly/monthly content & marketing calendar.
- Support team with ad-hoc projects such as execution of trade shows, pop ups and events. Curate content from these events to use on socials.
- Work with our PR team to activate any social opportunities and influencer relationships.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and new creators.
- Support lead social & marketing exec with any new launches or activations ongoing.
- Meet monthly with lead social & marketing exec to assess direction of working and to ensure KPI’s are being met.
- Monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers and customer community, selecting key posts, putting forward to lead exec for reposting/inclusion in the forthcoming social calendar.
- Actively provide insight into trends and examples of how competitor brands are utilising social media to grow their digital footprint, taking inspiration from both in and outside beauty.

**Person Specification**:

- 1+ years experience in social media in a fast-paced environment (salary dependent on level of experience)
- Able to demonstrate understanding of strategic use of social media to achieve communications and commercial goals.
- Passionate social native.
- Aware of all beauty related trends and is on the ball with pop culture in UK & USA.
- Always-on mentality
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ensure all projects and deadlines are met
- Solid computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and all social platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
