Due to an internal move, Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to be based within our Morden branch.

With over 30 years in the business, we have a proven track record of success and we genuinely care about the world of property.

The successful Administrator will carry out a variation of administrative tasks such as terminating tenancies, preparation of invoices, tenancy contracts, compliance checks, deposit registration and welcome packs.

We ask that you are pro-active, flexible in your approach, well organised with solid administration experience ideally gained within Estate Agency.

You should also possess:

- A great understanding of the Lettings process is preferably
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer focused with the ability to build long term relationships and rapport
- Flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good use of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
