**Role**: People Partner North
**Reporting to**: Head of People
**Hours**: 37.5 per week
**Salary**:£26-30k per annum
**Location**: Working from home with mínimal travel to registered offices including Liverpool, Stafford, Cheshire, and Birmingham
**Sector**: Social Care - Supported Living

**to deliver best People practices, through coaching and collaboration creating a positive organisational culture with focus on continuous improvement.**
**About the role**: You will act as the internal point of contact to line managers for all People related matters and report directly into the Head of People. The People Partner is responsible for providing fair and non-biased support and advice to employees and managers, in line with Aspirations Care Policy & Procedures, along with any other ad-hoc people related duties and projects as required. You will be working in partnership with the aligned operational area, working alongside the People Partners for the Central and South regions, you will be responsible for all activities within our North region.
**Main Duties**:
- Attraction, recruitment, and selection working closely with the regional team, internal recruitment team and business development team to form strategies.
- Support the regional management teams to ensure the probation process is effective and completed.
- Oversee all employment relations cases, ensuring accurate documentation, recording of information and files are up to date.
- Advise and support local offices with disciplinary, grievances, employee capability and other ER procedures.
- People development including supporting with workshops on HR related issues.
- Support with re-organisations and restructures, TUPE situations and employment contracts.
- Liaise with third parties including union representatives, ACAS, and authorities.
- To support employees and managers on all HR issues such as long-term sickness cases and carry out consultations as required.
- Collate, review and report on exit surveys and identify any actions required or improvements.
- Update and rewrite HR policies and procedures ensuring full compliance.
- Communicate changes in legislation through regular People Team planned regional operations meetings.
- Provide a point of contact for both employees and Managers, handle queries and resolve issues.
- To deliver against set KPI’s, prepare and analyse data for monthly reports.
**About You**:Industry experience would be desirable but not essential - Care, Supported Living, Public Sector or similar.
