Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive art lessons for secondary students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Integrate technology and contemporary art practices into the curriculum to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' artistic work, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
- Organize and participate in art-related extracurricular activities, such as art clubs, exhibitions, and competitions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification for secondary education.
- Proven experience teaching art at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of art history, various art forms, and contemporary art practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Technologically proficient with a willingness to integrate technology into the curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
