**What the Strategy Manager will do**:

- Play a central role in solving the most critical strategic problems for our clients. You will have the opportunity to drive transformational business change, working closely with Executive clients, Directors and Partners and leveraging the client's globalnetwork.
- You will spend the vast majority of your time delivering client projects. In these, you will lead 1-2 workstreams or a large project, either independently or managing junior colleagues and clients. You will engage in hypothesis-led problem-solving, developmentof project approaches, execution of qualitative and quantitative analysis, client engagement and collaboration with the team.
- Outside of engagements, you will build networks and engage with our consulting team, generate thought leadership, new propositions and initiatives based on your personal interests and insights; and drive your own personal development and that of your colleaguesto deliver ever more value to clients.

**What the successful Strategy Manager will need**:

- Strong technical skills and 7+ years experiences in at least 2 of those following areas;- IT Value Strategy
- Technology Disruption and Innovation
- IT Operating Model
- Digital Strategy
- Cloud Strategy
- Enterprise Architecture Strategy
- Data Strategy
- Ability to multi-task effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
- Good client management skills, including an understanding of how to communicate with clients of different backgrounds and opinions
- Proven experience of coaching junior team members
- Evidence of contributing to the wider team and leading on business development opportunities

**Benefits**:

- Salary: £90,000 - £97,500 (Manager)

£118,000 - £130,000 (Senior Manager)

£145,000 - £183,000 (Director)
- Flex fund (varies with level)
- 10-12% bonus
