**Teaching Fellow in Film & Television Production**

**THE ROLE**:
**one or more** of the following areas:

- Directing for fiction film and/or television drama
- Art Direction/Production Design for film and/or television.
- Location sound recording practices
- Experience in radio or television production
- Post-production skills such as ProTools, Adobe Audition, Avid, Premiere Pro, DaVinci and Adobe After Effects.
- Film and TV marketing, curation/programming and distribution.
- Screen / Script Writing

We are particularly interested in applicants whose practice and/or teaching focuses on underrepresented voices TV and Film Production.

Academic and professional experience is essential together with a relevant postgraduate degree or professional qualifications. The ability to work as part of a team and flexible working patterns are also essential.

The School of Film, Media & Communication at the University of Portsmouth came into existence on 1st August 2018 and aims to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies within the Creative & Cultural Industries, covering Journalism, Film and Television Production, Media and Film Studies and Creative Writing in a vibrant, entrepreneurial, well-resourced, cross-disciplinary environment.
