**Position Summary**:
This position will support the human resources function with day to day administrative support responsibilities and entry level HR work to include recruiting, HR recordkeeping and assisting with HR projects, helping to drive efficiency and provide exceptional client service.

**Essential Functions**:

- Maintaining employment files (active and terminated) to ensure all necessary documents are included as well as accuracy of records.
- Assist with onboarding
- Draft offer letters and employment agreements
- Update information on company intranets (HRIS portal and Share Point)
- Will assist with preparing materials for board meetings
- Helping with employee events and activities (Holiday Party, Employee Recognition, Wellness etc.)
- Post
- Employment Background checks
- Assists with special HR projects

**Education/Experience/Skills**:

- 2-3 years working within an HR department to include the use of an HRIS system.
- Proficient knowledge and skill level required in use of Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to handle sensitive information maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
